Connect an AI assistant

1shop has a built-in agent connection (MCP). Once connected, your AI assistant can search the live catalog, compare prices in taka, and check your orders — without leaving the chat.

This is the only thing your assistant needs. It always matches the site you're on.

Connect your assistant

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT connector settings and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice it shows). If you don't see Developer mode, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. 3Paste "1shop.bd" as the name and the connection link above as the URL.
  4. 4Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this warning for every custom connector, not just this one), then click Create.
  5. 5Enable 1shop from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT something like "find me a fan under ৳3,000".

Claude

  1. 1Open the pre-filled connector form — it already has the name and your connection link.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the form doesn't open: go to Claude's Connectors page, choose "Add custom connector", name it "1shop.bd", and paste the connection link.
  4. 4Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use 1shop.

Claude Code

  1. 1Run this one line in a terminal — that's the whole install:
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http 1shop-bd '/mcp'
  1. 1Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm 1shop is connected. It will ask you to sign in only if a tool needs your account.
  2. 2Ask Claude Code to use 1shop — e.g. "search 1shop for wireless earbuds".

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3Name it "1shop.bd" and paste the connection link above.
  4. 4Finish any sign-in or authorization prompts.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use 1shop.

After we ship updates

Your assistant remembers the tools it saw when it connected. When 1shop adds new abilities, refresh the connection so your assistant picks them up.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select 1shop.
  2. 2Scroll to "Information" and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT can't update an existing connector's URL — if ours ever changes, delete it from Plugins and connect again with the latest link from this page.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use 1shop.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page and select the 1shop connector.
  2. 2Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  3. 3Claude can't update an existing connector's URL — if ours ever changes, remove it and connect again with the latest link.
  4. 4Ask Claude to use 1shop.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest tools automatically when it connects.
  2. 2If the link ever changes, run claude mcp remove 1shop-bd, then run the install command above again.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use 1shop.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2Select the 1shop connection.
  3. 3Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 4If the link changed, paste the latest one from this page.
  5. 5Start a new chat and ask the assistant to use 1shop.
