Trust varies sharply by category. Apparel: 68% trust online sellers. Cosmetics: 31%. Electronics: 44%. Sneakers: 22%.
The data drove our decision to spin out vertical-specific brands (Cosmetic.bd, sneakers.bd) rather than try to fix trust at the horizontal-marketplace layer.
